As Dedicated Alert Response Technician (DART) and OpsCenter Technician II, Franco provides remote support to clients seeking assistance with the computer, network, and software related issues and relays alert information to field engineers and communicates with clients about their network status.
“Franco has several operating system and network administration certifications,” said Curtis Thomas, Director of Managed Services. “His experience in this infrastructure is an essential aspect of preventing downtime in our client systems.”
Franco’s past experience includes network administration and virtual desktop infrastructure. He has an Associates of Science degree in Electronics Technology from Hartnell College, and numerous certifications, including CompTIA A+ and Network +.
