As an OpsCenter Technician, John Dean works on the front line to assist clients with computer and network related issues.

John has over 10 years of experience as a software programmer and IT technician. He has a Bachelor’s of Science in Computer Science from California State University, Monterey Bay, and CompTIA A+ and Network + certifications.
